Please note; on the spot mobile private health rebates not available for HCF, Medibank, BUPA and HBF customers. If you are with any of these health funds, we will provide an invoice and you can claim payments through the insurance providers.

Community home support program & Aged Care Package

CHSP & ACP

We provide physiotherapy home visits to residents of the Blue Mountains & Hawkesbury region under the government funded community home support program and aged care package's. Depending on the level of funding we can provide weekly, fortnightly or monthly home visit's.

We are registered providers with most major home support programs such as Baptist Care, Home Support Services (HSS), Medibank, St Simeon, OLOC & more.

Home visit physiotherapy under the CHSP have no out-of-pocket costs but may require a co-payment to your aged care package provider.
